Today’s episode is a solo reflection with me, Sharon Pakir, sharing my techniques for navigating tough times and giving yourself the best possible chance to weather a storm.

In this episode I share 7 techniques I used before embarking on this journey in order to steel myself, prepare myself and come out of it in the best way possible, including:

  • Preparing mentally for all our options and scenarios

  • Preparing physically for what you’re able to

  • Staying comfortable and making sure you’re in your best possible state

  • Creating habits to do within the tough time

  • Accepting the changing situation behaviourally as well as mentally

  • Reaching out and connecting in intentional ways

  • Anticipating the post tough time crash and preparing to replenish yourself
