Hi, I’m Sharon – here’s a little bit about me.
I’ll teach you the skills to navigate professional life with confidence, resilience and integrity. And help you pursue your career goals with confidence and competence.
I’ve been a corporate coach for 10 years. In that time, I’ve designed leadership programs for executives and management teams at some of Australia’s and the UAE’s best organisations.
I’ve walked the stage, microphone in hand, in countless countries to audiences in the 4 figures. I’ve also coached clients to speak at Amazon, Google, and other global conferences.
I started my education with a BA in linguistics, which formed a lifelong obsession with how humans connect. And then topped it off with a Masters in Business. I’ve owned two successful businesses myself for 13 years, and keep learning more every day.
Thousands of clients have developed their leadership and professional skills with me, resulting in empowered career shifts, reaching their ultimate vision, and succeeding on their terms.

This 3 month, online group coaching program starts on Monday 2 May 2022 and finishes on 25 July 2022. Weekly live sessions or recorded modules happen every Monday at 8am Gulf time, but you’ll have the entire week to catch up if you miss it!

You’ll need 2-3 hours a week. Workshops are 2 hours long, every single week. This is a deep dive program that requires hands-on work from you to apply it to your professional life. 2 hours a week is ideal for true transformation and growth. If you can’t make the live sessions, every week the recordings are uploaded within 24 hours, for you to catch up! You also have one year’s access to the course content!

Look, I get it. Life happens! I’ve specifically designed this program so you can self-pace study on your own time OR enjoy live learning in every week’s workshop, so the Academy can flex with your life.
