Interrupt a Spiral

It's not one-size-fits-all... ⁠
It's not do-it-all...⁠
It's not these-are-the-only-things-that-work. ⁠

But I made this list for one of my clients a few years back, and I've actually found it *really* useful as my own personal pick-n-mix bag.⁠

I've found that when an intrusive thought appears and I have a moment/hour/day of :⁠

😶 anxiety ⁠
😶 self doubt ⁠
😶 deregulation ⁠
😶 emotional upheaval ⁠
😶 catastrophic thinking ⁠

Or when I'm coping with:⁠

😶 bad news⁠
😶 shitty criticism ⁠
😶 environments of yuck ⁠

This list serves as a reminder that there are many things I can actively seek out and implement to help calm my soul, work through the feels, and interrupt the negative patch.⁠
