Interrupt a Spiral
It's not one-size-fits-all...
It's not do-it-all...
It's not these-are-the-only-things-that-work.
But I made this list for one of my clients a few years back, and I've actually found it *really* useful as my own personal pick-n-mix bag.
I've found that when an intrusive thought appears and I have a moment/hour/day of :

😶 self doubt
😶 deregulation
😶 emotional upheaval
😶 catastrophic thinking
Or when I'm coping with:

😶 shitty criticism
😶 environments of yuck
This list serves as a reminder that there are many things I can actively seek out and implement to help calm my soul, work through the feels, and interrupt the negative patch.
