Do you trust your gut? I do. A few months ago, someone commented on one of my social media posts that they weren't sure if "trusting your gut" was a good thing, because they weren't sure if our gut was always right. I've thought a lot about this since then. And my answer is still yes. Let me explain.
A question from The Mindful Company: What advice would you like to give to your children? Me: I would like my children to know that they are enough, just the way they are. That they hold value just by existing. That it's their job to be a good human being and impact the world and those around them in a positive way. That respect for others is paramount, and authenticity is the surest way to create strong relationships. To take pride in their work and play alike.
